Mizoram Buy & Sell is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Delivery arrangements vary by seller, product and destination.
Depending on the seller and the listing, you may see: 🚚 I Need Delivery (the seller assigns a delivery partner; you see the exact charge before paying it separately), 🚚 Free Delivery (₹0 delivery for you; the seller arranges and pays the partner), or 🏪 Seller / Pickup (collect from the seller).
When a listing shows FREE DELIVERY, the buyer is never charged a delivery fee. The seller is responsible for arranging and paying the delivery partner.
Delivery partners publish the places they serve and their charges for each place. A buyer sees the exact delivery charge before payment. If no delivery partner serves the destination, delivery is not available and no delivery request will be created.
After a delivery partner is assigned, the delivery status passes through Accepted, Picked Up, In Transit and Delivered, and both the buyer and the seller receive notifications at each step.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, road conditions, courier limitations, seller processing, delivery-partner availability or other circumstances.
